What counts as a team member?

One person who signs in to Bricklark — an owner, an office admin, or a crew member using the mobile app. Foreman covers up to 3 team members; Contractor has no limit. Your clients are not team members: they open a portal link to approve a quote or view an invoice. Subcontractors you keep as records rather than logins do not count either.

How does the free trial work?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, once per business. Nothing is charged during the trial. On day 8 the plan you picked bills automatically, unless you cancel before then.

Do I need a card to start?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the web you add a card when you start the trial; on a phone, your App Store or Google Play account is used instead. It is taken up front so the account keeps working on day 8 rather than locking your crew out mid-job — and cancel before then and it is never charged.

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

From billing settings, without emailing anyone. On the web that opens the Stripe billing portal; if you subscribed on a phone, cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. There is no contract and no notice period. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged; cancel later and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What does each plan cost?

Foreman is $30 a month billed monthly, or $239.99 a year billed yearly — $20 a month. Contractor is $70 a month billed monthly, or $719.99 a year billed yearly — $60 a month. Prices are in US dollars.

Which plan should I pick?

Accepted Answer

Foreman if your team is 3 people or fewer and you need unlimited jobs, quotes and invoices, client portal, scheduling and dispatch, payment tracking. Contractor if the team is bigger, or you also need timesheets and payroll, expense tracking, custom job forms, reporting, accounting sync, crm sync (gohighlevel).

Can I get my data out?

Yes. On Contractor, reports and timesheets export as CSV spreadsheets. If you have connected Google Drive, your job photos and documents are already filed in your own Drive as they are created.

Are there setup or per-transaction fees from Bricklark?

Accepted Answer

No setup fee, no per-job fee and no cut of your invoices. Bricklark records what your clients have paid you — it does not process their payments — so there is nothing for us to take a share of.
